Felicia Baca is the Executive Director of the Salt Lake City Arts Council, acting as an advocate, ambassador, and relationship-builder to elevate artists, organizations, and public policy-while facilitating opportunities for all residents to engage in the arts. Her hope is to further the development of an arts ecosystem that centers equity and inclusion, and considers art and cultural engagement as essential for prosperity, belonging, and well-being.
