Amy Childress is the Public Art Program Coordinator for the Salt Lake City Arts Council. She has a MA in Library Science and an MFA in Book Arts from the University of Iowa. She is a writer and book artist who loves hiking in the Wasatch mountains and going for evening bike rides along the Jordan River Parkway.
The Salt Lake City Arts Council is a division of Salt Lake City Corporation in the Department of Economic Development and also maintains a nonprofit corporation, the Salt Lake City Arts Council Foundation with 501(c)(3) status.
