Kat Potter is the Deputy Director of the Utah Department of Cultural & Community Engagement, which encompasses the Divisions of Arts & Museums, Multicultural & Indian Affairs, State Library, State History, STEM Action Center, and UServe Utah (Utah’s volunteerism and Americorps commission). She has previously served as the Senior Policy Advisor for Arts & Culture for Salt Lake City and in management/consulting roles with various cultural and non-profit organizations. Kat also serves on the Fine Arts Advisory Board for the University of Utah College of Fine Arts. She loves living in Salt Lake City with her husband, two sons, dog, and cat.
