VOLUNTEER
Volunteers provide an invaluable service to the operation of the Twilight Concert Series and contribute to supporting the local music scene in Salt Lake City.
Be a part of this event series in Salt Lake City, and help with beverage sales, greeting at the gates, as well as set-up and break-down. Volunteers receive fun & exciting benefits, such as series t-shirts, soft drinks, concert tickets, and more! Volunteers also support an amazing community event, which promotes amazing local music, artists and communities!
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Q: What if the show I bought tickets for is cancelled?
A: When a show has been officially cancelled, 24tix.com will initiate a refund for single show ticket holders. This refund may take up to five business days to be reflected by your financial institution.
For those with Season Tickets, we will direct our best efforts towards booking an alternative concert with details to follow as soon as possible.
Q: How do I get into the venue?
A: General Admission entry is on Main Street, on the west side of the plaza. VIP & Sponsors can enter at our northern entry point, located on 200 South between Main Street & State Street (~50 East).
Q: Can I buy tickets online?
A: Yes! Purchase tickets here.
Q: Can I purchase tickets at the venue?
A: Yes, unless our site is listed as Sold Out (Rainbow Kitten Surprise and Shakey Graves). Ticket prices at the gate for most shows will be $15, cash or card.
Q: Can I bring in a backpack or purse?
A: Only small purses are allowed. Bags must be able to fit within a 12 inch by 12 inch bin and will be searched.
Q: Is there food at the venue?
A: Yes! There is an amazing assortment of different local eateries and food trucks. There is a little bit of everything for everyone!
Q: What are the set times?
A: We do not publicly release set times. However, gates open at 6pm for all shows, with the exception of Aug 6th which is opens at 5pm. The first artist begins 30 minutes after doors open and all shows end at 10pm. We recommend arriving early for the best experience.
Q: Can I bring my 1-year-old?
A: Yes. Everyone is welcome, but you must also purchase a ticket for your child. We also suggest bringing hearing protection for little ears.
Q: Can I bring water?
A: No outside liquids are allowed. Water, soda, beer, and wine are available for purchase inside the venue. There are also three free water stations in the venue. Personal empty water bottles are permitted.
Q: What’s included with VIP tickets?
A: VIP includes access to the VIP area, located towards the front of the stage on the east side of the plaza. This is an all ages area with a private bar and first-come-first-serve food catering.
Q: Will there is any health and safety measures?
A: Yes, due to the changing nature of the Covid-19 pandemic, The Twilight Concert Series will be monitoring and updating our health & safety requirements as necessary. Below are the current covid restrictions for our series. Please note that any of these are subject to change:

Q: Will there be alcohol at this event?
A: Yes. There are several beer and bar tents throughout the event grounds. Before purchasing a drink, you must first get your ID checked at a 21+ wristband station. Consult our Twilight Map below to see where these ID Station tents are located.
Q: Will there be a bicycle valet service?
A: Yes, you can check in on the north side of the Gallivan Center, slightly west of the sponsor entrance on 200 S. between Main and State St.
Q: Is there an ADA section?
A: Yes, there is an ADA section for concert viewing that includes chairs. Those needing accommodations are permitted to enter at the Main Street entrance on the west of Gallivan Plaza at the front of the line.
