COVID-19 UPDATES

As Salt Lake City adjusts to a new way of life amidst the COVID-19 pandemic, the Salt Lake City Arts Council believes that the arts are integral to creative solutions, critical conversations, community building, and healing. As we begin to reopen Finch Lane Gallery, we continue to prioritize the health and safety of our community and staff. In compliance with the Utah Leads Together and Centers for Disease Control and Prevention recommendations, as well as best practices by others in our field.

CALL FOR ENTRIES

The Salt Lake City Arts Council, located in Reservoir Park, is a contemporary gallery which programs visual arts exhibits year-round in the Finch Lane Gallery and invites artists to apply for exhibits annually.

The exhibition program is designed to: give local artists an opportunity to exhibit a current body of work, explore exhibition themes or media relevant to the community and field of arts at large, and foster the development of curatorial skills through exhibition production and collaboration. The application process includes a thorough and competitive review by the Visual Arts Committee of the Salt Lake City Arts Council.
