Ballpark Mural Program

The Ballpark Mural Program transformed the neighborhood into an open-air gallery. Over the summer of 2025, ten murals were created across the Ballpark district, each one the result of a unique partnership between a local business and a local artist. Funded through the Salt Lake City Community Reinvestment Agency (CRA) and programed by the Salt Lake City Arts Council, the project brought new energy, creativity, and color to Ballpark, celebrating the people and places that make this neighborhood one of a kind.

The Ballpark Mural Program was designed to celebrate community identity through public art. Each participating business offered up their wall, and each artist brought their vision to life—creating site-specific works that reflect the spirit of Ballpark. The result? A vibrant collection of murals that highlight local talent, uplift small businesses, and make the neighborhood streetscape more dynamic and inviting.
