Take a virtual tour of “Intrinsic Nature”

Inspired by her time exploring Southern Utah, Casey Lou Miller’s work is comprised of three-dimensional large-scale birch plywood cutouts inspired of desert flora native to southern Utah. Miller portrays not only what she sees, but also what she feels when in the presence of these plants. Through Miller’s eyes these plants seem as if they are passing through the phases of life similarly to that of you and me.

Casey Lou Miller is visual artist based out of Southern Utah. She currently an Adjunct Professor of Art at Dixie State University. She holds an MFA from Utah State University and a BFA from Dixie State University in 2018. CLICK HERE to learn more about Casey Lou Miller’s work.
