The Statewide Annual UT ‘21: Craft, Photography, Video & Digital juried exhibition, holds a scope of themes that exhibits the commonalities many people experienced during the last 18 months. Ranging from hope vs. despair, joy and gratefulness, juxtaposed against solitude and meditative practices in art-marking.

Life during COVID-19 has been challenging not only for the citizens of Utah, but also globally. Emotions and opinions were felt far and wide, and this exhibition highlights some of the art created during this period in isolation and unpredictability. It was a time of pause and reflection, for better or worse.

The selected artists are Collin Bradford, Madison Casagranda, Jared Clark, Maddison Colvin, Sue Cotter, Annelise Duque, Patrick Durka, Anna Evans, Daniel Everet, Jim Frazer, Rheana Gardner, Sheryl Gillilan, Jim Jacobs, Etsuko Kato, Sara Lindsay, Jason Manley, Sarah May, Heidi Moller Somsen, Alexis Rausch, Albert Abdul-Barr Wang, and artist team: Rebecca Aneloski, Alec Lyons and Colby Bryson.
